Modified Pilates & Yoga
Do your hands and wrists hurt in downward dog? Are your lower back muscles and hamstrings tight? Maybe you need a longer warm up before starting your workout. This workout will start with large flowing movements to increase body heat, blood flow and range of motion to your joints and muscles. The warm up will be followed by modified yoga poses and Pilates exercises using a chair, yoga block and strap to help make your workout more successful. Please bring a yoga mat to class. Taught by AFAA Certified Instructor Mary Coronado.
