Mindful Living - Heartfulness & Wish Jars
During this workshop we will explore mindfulness with an added focus on the practice of heartfulness. We will explore the benefits of kindness, gratitude and self compassion through multi-sensory exercises. You will be led through several guided exercises, group activities and self reflections. You will walk away with techniques and strategies that you can immediately begin to integrate in your own life. Instructor Carrie Edmond, is a NEISD Counselor, Mindful School curriculum instructor and has her M.A. in counseling. A $10 supply fee is payable to the instructor at the beginning of class.
