Intro to Pilates on the Mat
Join us for this full body Pilates on the mat workout. You’ll learn correct form and how to use your breath to maximize your movement. We will begin with the basic exercises and build up over these eight session to intermediate moves. This class is for anyone new to Pilates and those who have experience. You will be able to work at your fitness level. This mat class will help you develop optimal posture, core strength, flexibility and overall body awareness. Bring a Pilates mat or two yoga mats for thickness. Instructor Tammy Jones has been teaching as a certified Pilates teacher for 10 years. No discount.
