ALIR - Introduction to Southeast Asia

This course will move rather quickly through a basic introduction to fascinating Southeast Asia - it glories, its tragedies, and its unsurpassed diversity. The goal is to provide a sampler of the history, cultures, and geography in the region, complemented by discussion of current issues confronting today's Southeast Asian countries.
