Expand your consciousness with Kundalini Yoga and meditation, medicine for the mind! Improve your physical, emotional and mental well-being as you practice these meditations. Each class will consist of different stretches, breath work, meditations and relaxation/stress relieving techniques. Learn positive affirmation mantras and mudras (hand positions). Beautiful music will enhance your experience. You will be taught by certified, experienced teacher, Madeline Hernandez, according to your individual needs and goals. Once you try it, you will be hooked! Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, a pillow or cushion and a water bottle to each class.
