Run or walk, sprint or jog, jump or don't! This motivating and challenging co-ed workout is designed for beginners to advanced fitness levels. Camp will include agility drills, plyometrics, strength training, cardio drills and functional fitness both indoors and out. Presented by AFAA certified instructor Mary Coronado.
