This class is for individuals who are looking to learn the basics of boxing such as footwork, stance, defense and how to throw a punch while gradually building up your stamina, knowledge, coordination and skills! The Alzheimer's Association will help you explore how communication takes place when someone has Alzheimer’s. Is it Rude, Mean, or Bullying?

Your child comes home to tell you that they've been bullied, but when you hear them describe the situation, you’re not quite sure if bullying is what happened.
