Fitness over 50 - Boxing 9X

This kickboxing themed workout includes cardio drills, strength training and core/functional fitness. It is great for both beginners and advanced fitness levels. You will learn to use focus mitts, punching towers and kick cushions for impact. A 30-minute circuit keeps you moving for maximum calorie burn. Stretch, breathe and relax in this wonderful class designed specifically for seniors. You will strengthen your physical body, learn easy meditations and enjoy doing Kundalini Yoga with instructor Patty Blatchley. All postures are offered with modifications for your own individual needs and goals. You may sit in a chair or bring a cushion. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and blanket to each class.
