Do you believe that you have a "Guardian Angel" and wish that you could meet him/her? In this session, Donna Re Olsen will guide you, during a hypnotic trance, in meeting your own spirit guide and learning his/her name. You may be able to walk and talk with the spirits of loved ones and ask your spirit guide questions. Everyone's experience will most likely differ. Bring paper and a writing utensil to class, in addition to your mat and pillow.
