Herbal Delights for the Eyes and Palate+
Tour the herb garden at the San Antonio Botanical Garden with herbalist Diane Lewis and learn the best way to harvest fresh herbs for flavor and garnishes. Then come inside and learn how to use them to make delicious, quick and easy dips, spreads, salsa, salad dressings and more. You will also find out how to preserve fresh herbs in tasty vinegars and pesto. These recipes are different than those in Diane's other classes. A $10 food fee covers cost of a delicious herb-flavored lunch. Admission to the garden is included in tuition.
